Your views and experiences of City of Birmingham School are important to us, because we want to give you the best services we can. By listening to you, we can find out how well we are doing and learn how to continue to improve the services we provide.
If you are a service user, carer or someone who is planning on using our services, we want you to be involved in how we improve our services of support and develop new ones.
We enjoy being told when we get things right, and we enjoy telling our staff when they have done a good job. If you would like to compliment us please complete the form available here.
If something goes wrong when we are working with you, you should tell us. We can then try and put things right and improve our services in the future. We hope we never give any reason for any complaints to be made but if you need to make one, then our concerns and complaints policy and procedures with attached complaints form, is available here.
